Connecting elements in a program

You can connect elements like variables and Program Organisation Units. You can only connect inputs with outputs.

  1. Start editing the real-time application.
  2. In the menu bar, click Program.
  3. Add variables or POUs to the program.
  4. Click the output of an element and drag a link to the input of the element you want to connect.
  5. Drop the link at the output of the element you want to connect.
